Salò, 5 February 2020– Cedral Tassoni is among the 100 Italian excellences awarded by the prestigious and authoritative magazine So Wine So Food.
The award was announced at the first edition of the Guide of 100 Italian Excellences 2020, which has acknowledged those Italian expressions of excellence, comprising gourmet products, hotels, restaurants and companies, which have managed to maintain a high standard of product and service quality.
Cedral Tassoni stands out on the vast panorama of fine Italian dining and has received this award because it represents the essence of Italianness today, a triumph of freshness and joy, with soft drinks for enjoying not only in the summer, but also in cocktails worthy of true connoisseurs.
Iconic Cedrata Tassoni Soda, the thirst-quenching drink in the distinctive dimpled bottle recalling citron peel, has made the history of this company which, down through the years, has become a well-known brand with sentimental connotations, part of the collective imagination and the cultural heritage of Italians. For four generations, the same family has run the company, supporting and accompanying each transition and continuing in their strive to achieve the highest standards of quality.
The award was collected by the Chairman and CEO at the prize giving soirée held in Rome last 27 January, during which all guests were served an AperTass, the well-known Italian aperitif that is prepared by mixing Bitter with Cedrata. Furthermore, Tassoni paid a tribute to all 100 award-winning companies with a kit of its bestselling soft drinks: Cedrata, the Fiori&Frutti Bio line, Tonica Superfine aromatized with citron and Tonica ai Limoni del Garda.
